Q: What is a session and how they are calculated? A: A session starts when the user first visits any page on your website until they leave or stop using the site. Therefore, whenever a user closes your site on their browser their session is terminated, and if they come back a new session starts.
Q: What if I reach my monthly quota of sessions? A: If you cross the session limit of your plan, your campaigns will be paused. You can either upgrade to a plan with higher session limit or you can wait for the next month when your session limit resets. The limit resets every month to your plan defaults.
Q: Can I cancel or change plan anytime? A: If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel the subscription anytime. You can also upgrade or downgrade plans instantly.
Q: Will Onsite Messaging slow down my site? A: Not at all. We load scripts asynchronously, so that your site doesn't slow down. Our scripts keep on loading in parallel while your website assets are downloading, without hampering performance.
Q: How does the 15-day free trial work? A: The 15-day free trial allows you test the selected plan as per your requirements. After the trial period ends you will be asked to subscribe to the selected plan and you can change your plan as well. This gives you complete freedom to choose the plan that fits your need.
Q: Do I need coding skills? A: With our easy drag and drop builder, you don't need to code anything. Just make the changes here to your campaigns and they will be instantly available on your website. No coding skills required.
Q: What are the benefits of buying an annual plan? A: On subscribing to any of our annual plans you get 2 months free subscription. Therefore, if you choose to pay yearly, you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service.
