Q: What will happen after I cross 3000 subscribers limit in my free account? A: Once you reach a subscriber limit of 3000, you won't be able to send any notifications but your website visitors will still be able to subscribe to push notifications. You'll have to upgrade to a paid plan to send notifications.
Q: What if I decide to move to a different web push provider in future? Will I be able to export by subscribers? A: In case you decide to stop using our service at any point in future, needless to say, we'll be sad to see you go. But yes, you can export your subscriber data (provided that you gave us your GCM/FCM configuration for legacy accounts, for new accounts no separate configuration is required.). But this is only available for paid plans though. If your website is not using our HTTPS integration setup, it would not be possible to export your subscribers.
Q: Can PushAlert be implemented if I use my own HTTPS domain/subdomain on my non-https website for sending notifications? A: Yes, we can help you implement PushAlert Notifications with your own HTTPS domain/subdomain. Kindly reach out to support to enable the functionality in your account. It is available on all plans.
Q: Can PushAlert be implemented on HTTP (non-secure http) websites?
A: PushAlert can be implemented on both HTTP and HTTPS websites. The implementation is a bit different but it's possible on both easily. In case of HTTP websites, we will provide you a branded HTTPS subdomain on our server, with a url structure https://yourdomain.pushalert.co
