Privacy Policy

  1. 1. Introduction

    This Privacy Policy is part of PushAlert’s Terms of Use and describes the privacy practices of InkWired Technologies Private Limited (“InkWired”). It explains collection and use of end user and client information. This Privacy Policy includes the policies that InkWired observes for compliance with laws in the State of Rajasthan, India. This policy applies to all products and services offered by InkWired.

  2. 2. Type of Information Gathered

    While registering for a PushAlert account, we require your personal information which may include but is not limited to your username, password, email address or phone number.

    By the nature of our Service, InkWired will gather non-personally identifiable statistics about the usage of your website / app and store that information. Furthermore, non-personally identifiable information may also be collected when you login to the system.

  3. 3. Use of Information

    When you log into the Service, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, browser user agent, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. When you send email or other communication to InkWired, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. InkWired will not share your personal information without your consent or unless required by law. InkWired does not and will not share your website / app statistics without your consent. Further, you do agree to the use of your logo and or name to show that you are a client of InkWired. If InkWired becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

    If you are a registered user of an InkWired website and have supplied your email address, InkWired may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, get your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with InkWired and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we try to keep these emails to a minimum. If you send us a request, a support email, or feedback we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify, respond to your request, or to help support other users. PushAlert takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying information.

  4. 4. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

    We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personally identifiable pieces of information such as the number of websites on our server or total number of requests sent. Such aggregate information does not identify anyone individually. Further, we restrict access to personal information to employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. This Privacy Policy applies to websites and services that are owned and operated by InkWired. We do not exercise control over the websites that may be linked from our website. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.

  5. 5. Protecting Personal Information

    InkWired has several mechanisms in store both physical and digital for the protection of user data including limited and password-protected access, high security public/private keys, encryption on processed data, and SSL encryption to protect transmission of data. However, please keep in mind that no security system is impenetrable. It may be possible for third parties to intercept or access InkWired’s Customer Information and Customer User Data in spite of these measures. InkWired cannot guarantee the security of your information and cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to Customer accounts.

  6. 6. Change to this Privacy Policy

    InkWired retains the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If any major changes are made to the Privacy Policy, it may be notified on your account but it is your prerogative to keep yourself abreast of any changes. InkWired uses remarketing to advertise across the internet. Along with the Google Analytics cookie, the DoubleClick cookie is also collected by Google based on your browsing history. This helps us to gain an understanding of our visitors' Demographics and Interests. The reports are anonymous and cannot be associated with any individual personally identifiable information that you may have shared with us. If you want to opt-out, please change your Google Ad Settings. The terms and conditions along with privacy policies with all references, constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the parties to this agreement with respect to the subject matter contained herein, and supersedes all prior terms and conditions which were agreed by the Customer.
