New Features added to PushAlert
Conversion Funnel Automation
We have been working on funnel automation for some time, and we are glad to announce it is now available to everyone. Many of our partners have been using the feature over the last few months, and we have heard great feedback. With Conversion Funnel Automation, you can reduce drop off and bring customers back to your website automatically at every step.
Triggered Notifications
We are now giving you an even more granular control over automated notifications. You can now define custom events or triggers on your website using our JS API to send notifications based on user interaction. Events such as a link click, scroll to a particular part of a page, video playback, ad-click can all now be used as triggers to send notifications.
Customizing Android Notification Badge
We have also added the ability to customize the Notification Badge Icon that is shown on Android. Instead of the default browser icon, you can add your own logo there. This is the icon that will be shown in the status bar and in the notification shade. You can set the notification badge from website Settings in your PushAlert Dashboard.
Marketing Automation expanded to PrestaShop, Magento
Our marketing automation tools have been available on WooCommerce, Shopify and now we are expanding it to PrestaShop and Magento as well. Websites based on these platforms can download our specific extensions to enable deeper integration. It includes automated abandoned cart notifications, price-drop alerts, shipment and in-stock notifications. The extensions also provide one-to-one personalization with automated notifications.
