Product Updates

Here are some product updates to help you with BFCM and holiday sales:

New Opt-in Triggers – We have added more opt-in triggers to enhance the user experience. Apart from the normal delay function, you now have the option to show the permission dialog after the user

  • has completed a specific number of page views.
  • has been inactive on a page for more than the specified time.
  • has scrolled a particular length of a webpage.

All these opt-in triggers are now live and can be accessed from Opt-in Settings under the Choose Trigger option.

Multilingual Opt-in Prompts – You can now add opt-in prompts in multiple language right within the PushAlert dashboard and they would be shown automatically based on the language of the subscriber.

Custom Drip Campaigns – Apart from the Welcome Drip and Abandoned Drip Campaigns, we are now introducing Custom Drip campaigns to create your own journey for subscribers. You can now create smart journeys based on where the user lands and the actions they take on your site. Custom Drip campaigns are available on invite only basis, please reach out to your account manager to activate.

Manual A/B Testing – While our AI based automated A/B testing has been a standout feature since we launched, we wanted to provide more control to our customers. You can now decide the percentage of subscribers each notification goes to and see the test results. The manual test can be activated by selecting “Manual A/B Testing” option and then deciding the ratio.

Audience Creator Updates – You can now target users based on their browser language and send them notifications in their native language for better conversions.
