Product Update: PushAlert now supports Yandex browser on both Desktop and Mobile

PushAlert Web Push Notifications - Yandex Browser

PushAlert now supports web push notifications on Yandex Browser

Web push notifications are now available on most browsers on Desktop and Mobile, save for iOS. Today we are adding support for Yandex browser on both Desktop and Mobile devices (Android).

Yandex browser has a considerable reach of more than 13% in Russia, making it the second most popular browser there, after Chrome.

With support for web push notifications on Yandex, you will be able to open up your website to another audience. With support for Yandex web browser, PushAlert now works on all platforms that support web push notifications including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, UC Browser, Samsung Internet Browser, Android Browser as well as Edge.

As with all our updates, no changes are needed on your websites or PushAlert account. The update with Yandex support has already started rolling out and should be available across all accounts by the end of the week.

If you have any questions about the update or need any help with your account please reach out to us on email or chat.
